Smoothies

Smoothies designate emulsions fruit or vegetables. The word can mean smooth, creamy, sweet and sugary or a smoothie fits this definition.
Indeed, using a mixer blender called new generation, it is easy to grind fresh fruit or fresh vegetables with a little fruit juice and ice to possibly get a thick drink rich in vitamins. They slow down the aging process of our cells.
